From being one of the many services consultants, he has reached the position of a leading design consultant in real estate industry in less than 7 years, with his indomitable will power and knowledge

With a humble beginning of his career in 1989 as a site engineer, Mr. Nagendra quickly learnt the trade of construction and moved to design consultancy in 1995 with a leading consultancy firm in Bangalore and learnt the design services, co-ordination with other services. During this period, he is instrumental in handling many iconic structures in Bangalore and other parts of India. He later worked for couple of leading developers in Bangalore and quickly acquired the skill set required to design real estate projects keeping in mind the optimisation, ease of construction and functionality of the structure, without compromising on the architectural design intent. His vision to provide efficient design solutions has made him to stand out of the crowd.

Later in 2015, he founded Novetek Consultants with a vision of providing one stop solutions to all real estate design services in the field of structures, MEP design services. His knowledge and 360-degree experience in all the field of real estate is an added advantage to the industry.

Within a short span of 6 years, he is instrumental in providing the design services in 8 states of India. Excellent relationship with clients and innovative outlook are the primary reasons Mr. Nagendra was able to soar to heights of success within such short time and he had to never look back.
